Terms & Conditions
Effective September 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of TapeMeazure, project management software for residential builders and remodelers, operated as a sole proprietorship in the United States. By using TapeMeazure you agree to them.
Text messaging program terms
Program name
TapeMeazure Job Updates.
Program description
TapeMeazure sends text messages about a specific residential construction project to the people working on it or having it built. Messages cover schedule changes, material and delivery notices, selection deadlines, payment reminders, and replies to questions the recipient has asked. This is not a marketing program and no promotional messages are sent.
How you are enrolled
Homeowners and subcontractors provide their mobile number directly to their builder — in person, by phone, or on a signed contract or work order — and agree at that time to receive text updates about the project they are involved in. The builder enters that number into TapeMeazure. Numbers are never purchased, rented, or obtained from any third party.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on activity on your project. Most recipients receive a few messages a week while their job is active.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. TapeMeazure does not charge recipients for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. STOP requests are honored immediately.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, email russell@tapemeazure.com, or call (334) 468-6645.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
